That's why we extend a generous 90-day return policy, reflecting our trust in the excellence and enduring value of our products.
Return Eligibility
Our return policy covers not only defective products, but also products that do not meet your expectations.
- You have a 90-day return period after receiving your order to initiate your return.
- Items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories included.
- There is no restocking fee but customer will be responsible to cover return shipping cost.
How to Initiate a Return
We're committed to building trust as well as enhancing your pet's mealtime experience. Should you decide to return a product, rest assured, you will not be charged a restocking fee.
- Simply fill out the form in our contact us page stating your wish to make a return
- Our support team will get back to you within 3 hours from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am - 7:00 pm EST with the the return address.
- Securely pack the items and ship the package to our address mentioned in our message that you will receive.
If your product needs replacing, we're pleased to offer a complimentary one-time replacement, subject to availability in our current stock.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for size and/or color of the same product. Exchanging a different product is not allowed.
- If you wish to have a different color/size for another product. We recommend that you return your original item for a refund and then place a new order for the product you want.
Refund details
Please allow up 1-2 weeks for processing your return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The credit may take an additional billing cycle to reflect on your statement.
- Only the final price paid (after any discount) will be refunded.
- Discount coupons or promotional amounts are not refundable.
Replacement of a faulty, defective or damaged item

- Description of the issue
- Would you like a refund or an exact replacement
- Photo(s) and/or video(s)
