BowLift | Healing Knee Plaster

Our healing knee strips provide a natural way to relieve pain—without medications, chemicals, or unwanted side effects. Application:

1. Clean the skin area where you want to apply the healing knee strip
2. Then apply the patch to the painful area
3. Make sure that the notch of the patch faces the knee and the side parts are positioned to the right and left of the knee (see pictures)
4. This way you can bend your knee without the patch falling off
5. The healing knee strips can be worn overnight or during the day for about 6-8 hours
